Sebastian has never felt such a compelling pull towards a woman before. He’s experienced lust, but there is something about Carla that’s unlike anything he’s come up against. He finds it difficult to get her out of his head, which is a problem bearing in mind she’s dating his brother.
Carla is pretending to date Ramon to keep her vicious ex away. They’ve been friends for a few years, so it is only natural they would help each other out, except she hasn’t allowed for the fact she will fall for Ramon’s brother, Sebastian.
This is an interesting series with colourful characters with which you easily connect.
However, some of the writing felt uncomfortable at times. Interest is kept throughout the book because of a desire to find out what happened next… So the book does what is intended. It keeps you reading.
