Closing Costs has every emotion you can think of, anger humour, passion and love. However, there is a lot of Jack and Sara avoiding each other, and you find yourself wondering when they will finally resolve their problems and simply get together.

Jack is an adorable eligible male. In his thirties, he's a top real estate broker and has the connections to close a deal. With his good looks and persuasive character, he has a black book most men would love and he uses it often.
His past is hidden, but an tide of frustration runs through his life. A devastating encounter made him wary of relationships, but the more Jack suppresses it, the more his dissatisfaction grows.

Sara, a rookie in the real estate business, has progressed to the top of the market. Her life mirrors a disciplined approach. However, as her profession takes off, the happiness she pursues remains out of reach.

A difficult contract forces Jack and Sara together and sparks begin to fly between them. Obliged to face up to the impulses, their relationship seems to spiral out of control until Jack finally admits what he needs, and shows Sara what she's been missing.




Product Details

Jack is perhaps the classic alpha male not looking for permanent relationships. Sarah comes across as a powerful woman. His past plagues him and his dealings with women. Now he works on the principle that if he doesn't feel anything, then he can't be hurt.

Floor Time is no literary masterpiece, it is about dreams and escapism. Enjoy it for what it is.
